lights enter lock

it wasn’t silence that brought clarity; it was its nemesis.

some people can feel it when parts of their brain lights up.

do you?

for me, it feels like a million puzzle pieces playing musical chairs, but enjoying the music so much they never stop to sit down; and even though their dance is over-crowded, and the dance floor overheated, they keep going until creating a picture that all the chairs in my mind sees clearly, and the thing that feels most like sorrow, is not finding an empty room to put what i feel and see in words. so the dancing stops.
